Heart & Energy Support

  • Optimize Mitochondrial Wellbeing*
  • Support Cardiovascular Health*
  • Reduce Oxidative Stress*
  • Improve Quality of Life*
  • Enhance Blood Flow*
  • 100 Servings

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is a part of every single cell in our bodies except for red blood cells, which do not contain the mitochondria where CoQ10 is produced. As a part of the electron transport chain, CoQ10 is an essential enzyme in the production of ATP. As we age, our ATP production efficiency declines and free radical generation increases as a result of diminished CoQ10 concentrations. Simple supplementation with CoQ10 can reverse the effects of aging.

  • Reduced fatigue, glycation, oxidative stress, and muscle damage have been observed with CoQ10 supplementation.*
  • A study examining 60mg of supplemental CoQ10 daily found a 17.8mmHg reduction in systolic blood pressure (Burke 2001).
  • In a 10-year follow up research project to a 4-year CoQ10 supplement intervention study found that those that supplemented with CoQ10 still had a 10% reduced risk of cardiovascular mortality (Alehagen, 2018).

With CoQ10™, we’ve paired the standard efficacious dose of CoQ10 (100mg) with heart healthy organic olive oil (300mg) to enhance absorption and add benefits from the olive oil itself. For maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system, CoQ10™ is a must!

Ingredient Profile

Coenzyme Q10

CoQ10 is produced in the mitochondria and found on the electron transport chain in the mitochondrial matrix – the final site of aerobic respiration and energy production.

  • Those supplementing with CoQ10 have been observed to experience reductions in risk factors related to cardiovascular disease, such as blood pressure.
  • CoQ10 may improve cardiovascular exercise performance.
  • Decreases free radical generation; acts as an antioxidant.
  • Supports healthy carbohydrate and fat metabolism.

Q: What is the best way to use CoQ10™?

A: As a dietary supplement, take 1 serving (1 softgel) daily.

Q: Do I need to take CoQ10™ with a meal?

A: Because we’ve paired CoQ10 and Organic Olive Oil, CoQ10™ does not need to be taken with a meal. However, there is no reason to avoid taking CoQ10™ with food, as absorption would only be enhanced further.

Q: Can I stack CoQ10™ with any other Optitune™ products?

A: Yes! For best results, take CoQ10™ with our Synergy for Him or Synergy for Her products.
